Wickford Shinfodo Jujitsu, a much safer place to train

Thank you from the Shinfodo Jujitsu Club

The pupils and Sensie of the Wickford, Shinfodo Jujuitsu club now have a much safer environment in which to practice their skills, thanks to a grant of over £3,000.

The grant was used to buy much needed training mats and equipment and a new storage shed.

The ancient martial art of Jujitsu was originally developed by the Japanese Samurai Warriors, as a way of defending themselves if they were unseated from their horses and had no weapons.

Jujitsu is an ideal way to improve self-confidence, fitness and flexibility – for adults and children alike – as well as defending yourself or your family should the need arise in today’s uncertain world.
